RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at tryzenvora@gmail.com. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at tryzenvora@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
